I actually didn’t have an appointment. Instead, I called ahead of time about the Aveda products I use. Regan answered my questions and pulled the hair & body products I use regularly. When I arrived, the products were on the counter and if one or two weren’t available, Regan told me they were in the process of being reformulated. She was very knowledgeable about all the Aveda products. I’ve also had the pleasure of having Max assist my sister and me with new Aveda products. He’s also very knowledgeable about the Aveda line. Max and Regan are very personable and they’ve gone “above and beyond” the call of duty to accommodate me with my Aveda purchases.

My appointment was individualized, not rushed, and wonderful. It was my first cut and color with Amy. She was recommended by a friend with naturally curly hair like mine, because if you have it, you know how challenging it can be to cut. Amy listened to my thoughts, respectfully offered her own at my request, and we made a plan together. She began by dry cutting- a MUST that many miss. The color process was also a team decision, and she took the time to make sure it was beautiful and met my suggestions. The finished cut was amazing because she understood how curly hair \"works\" but works differently for each individual. The salon itself was lovely with a true experience of class. While I have not paid this much for a complete hair service, I have paid close but without the incredible results. You DO get what you pay for if you have finicky hair! However, she did suggest a prudent maintenance schedule that will not be as expensive in future visits which gave me confidence to spend what I did.

I want to take a moment to express my immense gratitude to Cayla. Despite my nervous rambling about the type of hairstyle I was seeking, she patiently listened and not only revived my natural curls but also boosted my confidence in my appearance. For the past two years, my hair had been in a terrible state due to lack of maintenance, and I truly appreciate the non-judgmental atmosphere at the salon. Cayla exceeded my expectations!
